Size

  • The frames are manufactured in the dimensions: 800x600x200 and 1200x800x200 mm (LxWxH)

Supported weight (load bearing)

The frames stabilize laterally the products placed on a basic pallet of EUR or industrial type (similar EUR) and therefore the weight supported is determined by the load-bearing capacity of the pallet.

Structure

  • A frame consists of 4 side elements with a thickness of 20 mm joined with special galvanized metal hinges.
  • The hinges are fixed with pop or steel rivets.
  • The execution is made of softwood or plywood.
  • The sides are of one or two elements.
  • They can be delivered separately or together with the basic industrial type pallet.
  • The wood is phytosanitary treated according to IPPC 15.

Purpose

They are suitable for transporting and storing goods on pallets. Their use leads to a better use of the loading surface of the pallets. It is used in industry and in commercial storage spaces. The products are stored in bulk, boxes or bags.

In general, 3 frames can be superimposed, but also maximum 5 frames, depending on the size and center of gravity of the products placed on the basic palette. The frames are stored folded over a pallet. Optionally the frames can be delivered with a detachable lid.

For small quantities of packaging, where the materials are in stock, the execution time can be maximum 5 days from receiving the firm order. For large quantities it is necessary to complete a contract with staggered deliveries.
